CAUFP has partnered with ReNu to provide counselling and psychotherapy services to CAUFP members.
ReNu provides counselling and psychotherapy services to help individuals achieve goals and improve their quality of life, with sessions available via video conference and phone.
The collaboration between CAUFP and ReNu Counselling & Psychotherapy demonstrates our mutual commitment to diversity and community service. CAUFP members will benefit from ReNu’s culturally informed services, addressing various mental health concerns. This cooperation intends to assist members in achieving personal and professional goals, developing coping strategies, and improving their overall quality of life, contributing to the advancement of Black professionals in Canada.
Scope of Service: Therapy for anxiety, depression, cultural issues, immigrant mental health, refugee mental health, couples therapy
Cost: 2 FREE therapy sessions CAUFP members
