The CAUFP Next Level Mentorship Program returns for 2026 with a renewed commitment to empowering Black professionals through meaningful mentorship, leadership development, and community.
Whether you’re looking to navigate the next stage of your career, build lasting professional relationships, or gain insights from experienced leaders, this program is designed to help you unlock your next level.
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The Next Level Mentorship Program connects early- and mid-career Black professionals with accomplished Black leaders across diverse industries.
Through guided mentorship, interactive learning sessions, and intentional relationship building, participants gain the tools, confidence, and support needed to thrive in today’s evolving workplace.
The program also strengthens the CAUFP community by re-engaging alumni and Black professionals who are passionate about investing in the next generation of leaders.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & THE ADJUDICATION PROCESS
Applicants must be CAUFP members and meet specific eligibility criteria. All applicants will also be required to complete an assessment to ensure alignment with the program’s mission. This will include an intake form for interested participants, gathering information on their career goals, mentorship preferences, and expectations for the mentorship experience.

Mentorship sessions will cover a range of topics, including career advancement strategies, navigating corporate culture, effective networking, overcoming imposter syndrome, and much more to support both professional and personal growth.
Do I need to be a CAUFP member to participate?
