Introducing our highly anticipated Leadership Development Program, meticulously crafted to equip you with the essential skills, tools, and strategies required to enhance your leadership capabilities and propel you towards greater success.

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain deeper insights into your strengths, weaknesses, values, and aspirations, fostering a heightened sense of self-awareness crucial for effective leadership
  • Breakthrough self-limiting beliefs and build your confidence.
  • Learn strategies to help you communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, and increase your influence and impact.
  • Learn how to better control your time, manage priorities, and handle overwhelm.

Program Details:

  • Six biweekly, virtual group sessions (Saturdays from 11AM-1PM ET) from March 30, 2024 to June 22, 2024. Each session is focused on a specific leadership topic.
  • One kickoff event on March 20th (12PM-1PM) featuring: Dr. Wanda Costen, Dean of Smith School of Business as a keynote speaker
  • Three one-to-one coaching sessions with a Hogan assessment and debrief
  • One virtual networking event on May 1st (12PM-1PM) 

Our comprehensive 12-week program is scheduled to commence on March 20th, 2024. Keynote Speaker

Dr. Wanda Costen, Dean, Smith School of Business at Queen’s University

Dr. Wanda Costen is an academic leader who champions inclusive excellence. She brings a unique combination of global experience in academia — as a Dean, senior administrator, researcher, and professor — as well as a private and public sector management career in sales, operations, and human resources.

Dr. Costen is reimagining the future of business education to ensure it is meeting the changing expectations of organizations and training emerging leaders to thrive.

Her research interests include managing diversity, racial and gender inequality in organizations, women and leadership, and strategic human resources.

Dr. Costen sits on the board of the Kingston Economic Development Corporation, as well as the EQUIS advisory committee for the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).

Hadi Diallo

Hadi is an executive coach and advisor known for her empathetic leadership, her ability to unearth the root causes of complex challenges and her dedication to engage, empower, and inspire optimal performance that drives organizational success. She is the founder of H.D. Impact Consulting Inc. focused on creating positive, engaging, and high-performing work environments and specializes in developing impactful leaders.

Hadi delivers coaching at a level that inspires her clients to gain clarity and focus, build confidence, and better engage their teams towards achieving and sustaining peak performance. She leverages a proven framework along with coaching tools, strategies, and accredited assessments to foster awareness, develop action plans for maximum impact, and accelerate results.

Prior to founding H.D. Impact Consulting Inc., Hadi spent more than 15 years in the banking industry as a senior finance leader guiding individuals and teams towards success, building high-performing teams, and driving results for several change initiatives.

Hadi holds a Certificate of Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online, a Certificate of Executive Coaching, and is an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach. She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence and Hogan Practitioner.

She is a strong believer in giving back to effect positive change and create lasting impact in her communities. She volunteers for a range of non-profit organizations and fuels her personal mission to increase diversity in leadership through career support and mentorship.
