Program Details:
- Six biweekly, virtual group sessions (Saturdays from 11AM-1PM ET) from March 30, 2024 to June 22, 2024. Each session is focused on a specific leadership topic.
- One kickoff event on March 20th (12PM-1PM) featuring: Dr. Wanda Costen, Dean of Smith School of Business as a keynote speaker
- Three one-to-one coaching sessions with a Hogan assessment and debrief
- One virtual networking event on May 1st (12PM-1PM)

Dr. Wanda Costen, Dean, Smith School of Business at Queen’s University
Dr. Wanda Costen is an academic leader who champions inclusive excellence. She brings a unique combination of global experience in academia — as a Dean, senior administrator, researcher, and professor — as well as a private and public sector management career in sales, operations, and human resources.
Dr. Costen is reimagining the future of business education to ensure it is meeting the changing expectations of organizations and training emerging leaders to thrive.
Her research interests include managing diversity, racial and gender inequality in organizations, women and leadership, and strategic human resources.
Dr. Costen sits on the board of the Kingston Economic Development Corporation, as well as the EQUIS advisory committee for the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).

Prior to founding H.D. Impact Consulting Inc., Hadi spent more than 15 years in the banking industry as a senior finance leader guiding individuals and teams towards success, building high-performing teams, and driving results for several change initiatives.
Hadi holds a Certificate of Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online, a Certificate of Executive Coaching, and is an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach. She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence and Hogan Practitioner.
