Youth Engagement

Our youth engagement initiatives are centered on creating and sustaining a pipeline of future Black talent. Our marquee event, the Annual Youth Summit, is structured in order to achieve this goal.

Over the last 5 years, the Youth Summit has grown significantly and now attracts over 100 students from across the country eager to learn about what its like to work on Bay Street. Students are also exposed to the career options that are available, and network with industry professionals looking to recruit diverse talent.

Students who attended the Youth Summit have been awarded scholarships, and landed internships at partner organizations including TD, RBC, and KPMG
