This collaboration is a step in the right direction as CAUFP continues contributing to the professional growth of Black professionals in the Canadian corporate community. In collaboration with BlackTies, CAUFP will provide over 350 of its members increased access to job opportunities and career coaching services.
BlackTies is a global community platform where Black professionals, students, and entrepreneurs have a safe space to network and engage in conversations about careers and life experiences as well as discover job opportunities. Its mission is to elevate and amplify Black talent globally and bridge the gap between corporations and the Black community.
On a similar note, the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals (CAUFP) is a member-based resource organization that links the Black community to corporations in Canada. This is achieved through innovative programs that facilitate economic growth and educational opportunities for Black professionals.
While working along synergistic lines of connecting Black talent to the corporate community, the two organizations look forward to enhancing CAUFP’s vision of realizing a Canadian economy where Blacks are more active and influential leaders.

Step 1: Ensure you are an active CAUFP member (hint: if you receive CAUFP’s newsletters via email on a routine basis, you are most likely an active CAUFP member).
