The Next Level Mentorship Program

The Next Level Mentorship Program is designed to connect early- and mid-level Black professionals (mentees) with senior-level Black leaders (mentors) who share similar career aspirations, industry knowledge, and personal values. This initiative aims to re-engage CAUFP alumni and other respected Black professionals to provide mentorship to the next generation. The program focuses on guiding mentees through corporate environments, helping them to overcome professional and personal challenges, whilst developing the essential skills needed to advance their careers. By fostering meaningful mentor-mentee relationships, the program empowers participants to thrive in their industries and overcome barriers to success.

The CAUFP Mentorship Program is designed to support: 

Mentees: Early- and mid-career Black professionals who are seeking mentorship, career growth, and opportunities to enhance their skills and advance their professional journey.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & THE ADJUDICATION PROCESS 

Applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria and complete an assessment to ensure alignment with the program’s mission. This will include an intake form for interested participants, gathering information on career goals, mentorship preferences, and expectations for mentees.

    Mentors are Black professionals at any talent level who are carefully selected based on their leadership experience, industry expertise, and commitment to guiding emerging talent.

    Mentorship sessions will cover a range of topics, including career advancement strategies, navigating corporate culture, effective networking, overcoming imposter syndrome, and much more to support both professional and personal growth.
