Leadership and active engagement in the Black community are highly regarded by CAUFP. Outline any volunteer work or community service activities you have been involved in, particularly within the Black community. Provide examples of situations where you have demonstrated leadership qualities. In your response, discuss what you believe are the most important qualities of a leader, how you embody these qualities, and how your community involvement has shaped your personal and professional growth.
