Our goal has and always will be to continue to develop and grow stronger partnerships in corporate Canada. The predominance of systemic racism and injustices of Black people is still so apparent in today’s society; professionals and organizations continue to share their voices and have made their commitments toward progressing change. We are proud to partner with great organizations like IMCO, who have demonstrated true corporate responsibility on their stance on inclusive workplaces.

“Advocating for change and a more diverse and inclusive workforce in the Canadian financial industry is something we are passionate about at IMCO,” said Gayle Fisher, Chief Human Resources Officer. “We are proud to support CAUFP and the excellent programs they provide emerging Black leaders and look forward to creating a strong partnership.”

Coming in as a gold partner, IMCO will be able to offer their employees access to professional development programs, mentorship and networking opportunities. Plus, access to our CAUFP talent portal for continued exposure to Black talent. We welcome IMCO and look forward to working collaboratively on initiatives that will make corporate Canada more inclusive and equitable for all!
